A canvas of delicate dishes. The artist, Chef Jean Luc Reymond creating an  extensive pallet of favours displayed on a sumptuous buffet presented during lunch and dinner. Followed by a gorgeous selection of refined cheeses and irresistible sweet morsels, fashioned by our Pastry Chef Gérard Biscaut.

Complimenting this experience a decidedly contemporary decor, a feast for the eyes. Artistic creativity is illuminated through exhibitions of talented Parisian artists, painters and sculptors.
