Tuesday, July 27 Special: Baked lamb shank, creamed potato, buttered baby carrots, wholegrain mustard sauce. Catch: Lemon and oregano cod fillet, beetroot risotto, balsamic glazed asparagus, basil pesto.
Wednesday, July 28 Special: Chargrilled pork chops, tomato caponata, lyonnaise potatoes, peppercorn and caper sauce. Catch: Lemon sole and prawn paupiettes, stir fried vegetables and lemon and chilli crème fraiche.
Thursday, July 29 Special: Chicken parmigiana, warm tomato salad and baked potato with chive sour cream. Catch: Baked Cod nicoise salad. Oregano and sundried tomato pesto.
Friday, July 30 Special: Parmesan crusted chicken burger with guacamole, feta and cherry tomato salsa, garlic chilli aioli and chunky homemade chips. Catch: Asian tempura tiger prawn salad, asian greens and bean sprouts, soy, sesame citrus dressing.
